Art Brokerage: Greg McHuron has been painting plein-air in the western United States and Canada for over 35 years. He prefers painting the rapidly changing scenes and tries to put into each of them the feelings and excitement he felt while watching the scene unfold. Greg was born in Syracuse NY but was raised in Colorado, Wyoming, Alaska and California. He graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Art as well as being schooled in Forestry and Fisheries and Wildlife. His painting travels have included Southeast Alaska and Selby Lake (Above the Artic Circle), Alaska; wilderness areas in WY and CO; down the Colorado River through Grand Canyon NP; the Okanagan Game Farm, British Columbia, Canada; Banff and Jasper NP, Alberta, Canada; and boat trips along the west coast from Port Ludlow, Washington to Glacier Bay, AK.
