Art Brokerage: (born 1977 in Mississippi) Moses Foster began his artistic career at age 5 in 1983. Being self taught until age 17, he developed at an early age the ability to communicate strong emotions as well as conceptual context through his works. Over the years while completing his international BFA, he eagerly visited museums to view and integrate historically significant artists and ideas into his life´s work. In 2003, the artist moved to Rome Italy to complete his MFA, first to a space in Monte Verde, then to the center near Ponte Sisto in Trastevere. There he focused on the life and works of Caravaggio while completing the series Metamorphosis. In Fall of 2005, he moved to Germany where he lived in such cities as Bremen, Berlin and since 2008 in the city of Cologne. The artist currently works out of a space within walking distance of the Cologne Cathedral.
